Registration

  1. Sign Up: Begin by registering for an account on our platform. Click the 'Join as a Trader!' button located at the top right of the homepage to go to the registration/login page.
  2. Complete the Form: Provide the required information including your name, email address, and a secure password.

Login

  1. Access Your Account: Once registered, log in to your account using your email and password.
  2. Navigate to Your Dashboard: After logging in, you will be directed to your personal dashboard.

Select Your Plan

  1. Go to the Plan Selection Page: From your dashboard, either click on the 'Submit Listing' button. Or navigate to the 'Plans' page.
  2. Choose a Plan: Review the available plans and select the one that best suits your needs.

Payment Process

  1. Enter Payment Information: Provide your payment details to complete the transaction for your selected plan.
  2. Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will be redirected back to your dashboard.

Submit Your Listing

  1. Click 'Submit Listing': Return to your dashboard and click the 'Submit Listing' button again.
  2. Add Your Listing: After payment confirmation, this time a new screen will appear where you can input details about your listing.
  3. Submit for Review: Complete all required fields and submit your listing.

Tip: Submit accurate information and high quality photos of your business that matches the information provided in other areas across the web to increase your chances for verification.

Listing Review

  1. Verification Process: Our team will review your listing, ensuring it meets our standards and performs necessary checks.
  2. Approval Notification: If approved, your listing will be made visible to our audience.
  3. Correction Notification: If there are issues with your listing, we will contact you with instructions for necessary corrections.

The review process takes on average 12-24 hours.

Cancellation Process

  1. Contact Support: If you wish to cancel your subscription or remove your account and data, please contact our support team at [email protected].

  2. Cancellation Process: Our support team will process your cancellation request within 12-24 hours. Once the cancellation is processed, access to your listing will be immediately removed.

    Note: If you choose to delete your account and all your data, this action is permanent. To add listings again in the future, you will need to go through the verification process once more.
