- Reason: Refunds will be issued only if there is a demonstrable issue with the service that cannot be resolved or if there is a clear case of accidental purchase.
- Non-Refundable Services: Any setup fees, promotional items, or other add-on services are non-refundable.

2. Billing
- Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
3. Upgrades & Downgrades
- Upgrades: You can upgrade your subscription at any time, and the new rate will apply immediately. A pro-rated charge for the upgrade may apply.
- Downgrades: Downgrades will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
4. Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to the chosen payment method.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation of Subscription
- How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. We will process your request within 12-24 hours. If you wish to delete your account and all your data, please let us know. Please note that this is a permanent action, and you will need to go through the verification process again if you wish to add listings in the future.
- Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period.
- Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your access to listings will end immediately, your listing will be removed from our database. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period after cancellation.
2. Impact on Refunds
Canceling a subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refunds are handled as per our Refund Policy.
